All orders are subject to acceptance by Checked Out. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order is placed.
3.2 Payment
Full payment is required before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due, including taxes, shipping, and fees.
3.3 Quantity Limits
We may limit quantities per person, household, account, payment method, or shipping address, including to prevent resale or misuse.
3.4 No Resale

3.5 Shipping
Shipping fees and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you when Products are delivered to the carrier, subject to applicable law. You represent that you own or have rights to all User Content submitted.
9. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice including:
- Your signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material
- Your contact information
- A good-faith statement
- A statement made under penalty of perjury
