1. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
2. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand internationally in 2026 — stay tuned.
3. Delivery Timeframes (U.S.)
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
(up to 5 during peak)
- Most U.S. orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
- During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
4. Shipping Rates
Exact shipping costs and options will be displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
5. In-Person Purchases
Checked Out products are currently available online only. We plan to expand into select physical retail locations in 2026.
6. Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you experience an issue with your order or believe you received a defective product, our Customer Care team is here to help.
