Why Sleep Became Non-Negotiable for Me

On building a sleep system that works anywhere — and why rest is the foundation everything else is built on.

I used to think productivity meant pushing through exhaustion. But over time, I noticed something:

When I slept well, everything else worked better — my focus, my mood, my skin, even my creativity.

Travel made this even more obvious. Between late dinners, early flights, and unfamiliar environments, my sleep quality would fluctuate dramatically. I needed something simple, consistent, and portable — a routine that worked no matter where I was.

That's what led me to build a sleep system around two essentials:

01 Resetting My Nervous System with Sleep Patches

My nighttime routine starts before I even get into bed.

I apply a sleep patch about 30 minutes before sleep — whether I'm at home or in a hotel. The patches are infused with all-natural ingredients that help signal to my body that it's time to wind down.
